The pursuit of happiness and the creation of scrumptious artisan food that is both safe for coeliacs (like us) and irresistible to those who don’t have to think about what they eat is what fires up our hearts and our ovens!
It is important to us that we can share our love of food with our friends and family and we are determined not to let a pesky autoimmune disease get in the way of this!
We are passionate about local produce and buying British and so try to use as many locally-sourced ingredients as we can in our products and the recipes we develop.
We make all our goodies by hand with meticulous attention to detail, a sprinkling of gluten-free magic and lots of love.
