To transform this mix into a loaf of our Most Marvellous Soft Seeded Bread, all you need to do is add oil, water, vinegar and eggs then mix, prove, bake, cool and eat!
Bake in a 1.5lb loaf tin for best results and to get great sized slices for sandwiches.
As with all freshly baked artisan bread, our Most Marvellous Soft Seeded Bread will last for 1-2 days and a little longer for toast. It freezes well (we recommend you slice first and wrap in plenty of clingfilm before popping in the freezer) although it tastes so good that you’ll be fending off the admiring glances of your friends, family and house-mates
Our Most Marvellous Soft Seeded Bread Mix does not contain or require the addition of dairy-based ingredients and so is also suitable for people on a dairy-free diet. It does, however, require the addition of eggs, so is not suitable for people with an egg allergy/intolerance or vegans.
